Once we receive your request, we’ll update your account and mail your new card within 5 business days. We’ll email you when the update is complete.

If you prefer to keep your original card, no action is needed. If you do change cards, you may still receive the original card in the mail. If that happens, you can safely recycle it.
Please find the applicable Rates and Fees for all the Bilt Cards, along with the corresponding Cardholder Agreement (Blue, Obsidian, and Palladium). Your existing Purchase APR, Cash Advance APR, Balance Transfer APR, and any Introductory APR for New Card Purchases will remain unchanged.
